Acceptable Use & AI Policy

This policy is part of the Syok AI Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses syok-ai.com, the Syok AI app and tools, and the Developer API (the "Service"). Syok AI is an independent service that routes your requests to AI providers you connect. That makes you responsible for how the Service and its output are used. If you break this policy we may limit, suspend or close your account (see the Terms).

1. You must not use the Service to

Harm people

• create, request or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children;
• promote or plan violence, terrorism, self-harm, or the making of weapons;
• harass, threaten, stalk, defame, dox or discriminate against anyone;
• generate non-consensual intimate images, or realistic images, audio or video that depict a real person in a way meant to deceive or humiliate them (including face-swap or voice-clone of a person without their permission).

Deceive or defraud

• impersonate a person or organisation, or create fake reviews, testimonials, receipts, invoices, IDs or records meant to mislead;
• run scams, phishing, fraud, spam, or fake or misleading marketing;
• pass off AI output as human work, or as certified professional work, where that would mislead people or breach a rule that requires disclosure.

Break the law or others' rights

• break any law or any AI provider's, Cloudflare's, Stripe's or other third party's terms and usage policies (you are bound by the policies of every provider you connect);
• use files, photos, music, voices, code, data or brands you have no right to use, or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights (including with the photo and watermark tools);
• collect or process personal data you have no right to collect;
• evade sanctions or export controls.

Attack or abuse systems

• create or send malware, or attempt to break into, probe, overload or disrupt any system, including Syok AI;
• use Workspace scrapers, API testers or connectors to access, test or scrape systems or data you are not authorised to use;
• bypass rate limits, free-trial limits, billing, referral rules or security, or use API keys that are not yours;
• resell, sublicense or rebrand the Service, or use output from it to build a competing routing service, without our written permission;
• use the Developer API in a way that harms the Service or other users.

Use the Service in high-risk ways without safeguards

• rely on output for medical, legal, financial, tax, safety-critical, employment, credit, housing, education, immigration or law-enforcement decisions without review by a qualified person. The Service is not designed or intended for these purposes.

2. About AI output

AI output may be wrong, incomplete, biased, offensive, out of date, or similar to existing work. Different AI models may answer within a single conversation. You are responsible for checking output and for how you use, publish or rely on it. Workspace's automated quality and fact checks are an aid, not a guarantee. Output is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. If you publish AI-generated content, follow the law and platform rules about labelling AI content that apply to you.

3. Your keys, accounts and third-party services

• Only connect API keys you are entitled to use. Keep keys, developer keys and your Cloudflare account secure. Revoke anything that may have leaked.
• You are responsible for charges and limits on your provider and Cloudflare accounts.
• Add only connectors (MCP servers) and skills you trust. Tools that can change data should be used with care and confirmed before they run.

4. Reporting and enforcement

• Report abuse, security issues or content that breaks this policy to [email protected].
• We may investigate suspected breaches, remove or block content or keys, limit features, and suspend or close accounts, without refund (see the Terms). We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
• Because Syok AI sends your content to the providers you choose, those providers may also act on their own policies.
• We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
