Is my API key safe with Syok AI?
Your key is encrypted before it's ever stored, and it's only used to route your own requests to the provider you connected it for. Syok AI never sees or stores your provider account password — only the key you paste in.
Does connecting ChatGPT give me its free daily messages?
No — and this isn't specific to Syok AI, it's true everywhere. The free messages you get at chatgpt.com belong to that website's own account system and were never made reachable by an API key, so no outside tool can borrow them. What Syok AI connects to instead is OpenAI's separate API platform, which is pay-as-you-go only — you add a small prepaid balance and pay per request. If avoiding cost entirely is the goal, connect Google Gemini, Groq, Mistral, OpenRouter, and/or Cloudflare Workers AI instead: those five give genuinely free, recurring API access with no card required, and Syok AI will automatically stack and rotate between them.
Do I need to enter a card to try it?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you sign in for the first time, with every feature unlocked, and no payment method required. After the trial you keep the free plan (chat with automatic switching); subscribing adds Workspace, image & video, attachments, smart routing, skills, your own providers, the Developer API and Offline Brain. (That's Syok AI's own trial — separate from whether a given provider needs a card, which varies by provider; see the FAQ above.)
What is Workspace?
A paid area with 20+ ready-made jobs in Creative, Technical and Business, plus tool connectors. You fill a short form, your own connected AIs do the work, and an automatic checker reviews the result for broken links, wrong numbers and missing sources. It is a helper, so always review before you rely on it.
Where is my data stored?
Your keys (encrypted), chats, memory and reminders live in your personal worker inside your own Cloudflare account. Workspace files stay in your browser. Web search goes through our service with a shared cache that holds no account information. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Can I use Syok AI offline?
Yes, on the paid plan. Offline Brain downloads a small AI (about 1 to 3 GB) to your device and runs it there. It is less capable than online AIs, and its answers are marked with 🧠.
Which AI providers can I connect?
24 chat providers today — OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, DeepSeek, Alibaba Qwen, Zhipu GLM, Perplexity, NVIDIA Nemotron, Anthropic Claude, Moonshot AI's Kimi, OpenRouter's free gateway, Groq, Mistral AI, Cohere, Cloudflare Workers AI, Fireworks AI, Cerebras, SiliconFlow, ModelScope, SambaNova, Hugging Face, and three no-account gateways (OVHcloud AI Endpoints, Kilo Code's free gateway and LLM7.io) — plus 6 image/video generators (Pollinations, Stability AI, Leonardo, Luma, and two BytePlus Seedream models), and Gemini can also make pictures with your chat key. We add more as genuinely free-tier providers show up. Only some of these offer real free API access (Gemini, Groq, Mistral, OpenRouter, Cloudflare Workers AI, and Cohere in smaller amounts, plus ModelScope and some SiliconFlow models; the no-account gateways are anonymous, so keep confidential text out of them) — the rest are pay-as-you-go on your own key, and are ordered further down the connect list for that reason.
What happens when a connected provider runs out?
Syok AI automatically moves to the next connected provider in your order (or by price, if you've turned on cheapest-first routing) — no error shown, no manual switching.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page; it opens directly into Stripe's billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are non-refundable, so use the free 14-day trial to make sure Syok AI suits you first. See our Terms of Service.
Is Syok AI affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.?
No. Syok AI is an independent routing layer for keys you already own. Your subscription pays for Syok AI's switching service only — usage against each provider is billed by that provider, on your own key.
